Refund Policy for ChatSevak Effective Date: May 4, 2026 Company: Bhagya Media and Marketing Platform: ChatSevak At Bhagya Media and Marketing, we strive to provide reliable onboarding, training, and technical support services for the Official WhatsApp Business API through our platform, ChatSevak. Due to the nature of our digital services and the significant resources involved in platform onboarding, server provisioning, and Meta API activation, all payments made for ChatSevak subscription plans are strictly non-refundable. 1. No Refund After Activation Once the WhatsApp Business API onboarding process has been initiated, your account has been provisioned, or the account has been activated on our platform, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This covers setup fees, subscription costs, and any pre-paid message credit packages. 2. Third-Party/Meta API Policies ChatSevak services are entirely dependent on the infrastructure and policies of Meta (WhatsApp). Bhagya Media and Marketing only facilitates the onboarding, integration, and technical support. Any rejection, suspension, restriction, or limitation imposed by Meta on your business account or phone number is outside our control. Such actions by Meta do not qualify for a refund, as the infrastructure costs to support your account are incurred the moment onboarding begins. 3. Service Usage and Delivery Once a client receives access to the ChatSevak dashboard, onboarding assistance, team training, or any part of our service has been delivered, the payment is considered fully utilized. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial usage of any subscription period. 4. Subscription Validity and Renewal The ChatSevak subscription remains valid for the agreed-upon period (e.g., 1 year from the activation date). Clients may choose not to renew their service at the end of their term. However, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of any active subscription period. 5. Cancellation Clients may request the cancellation of their ChatSevak service at any time by contacting our support team at chatsevak@gmail.com. Cancellation will immediately stop future auto-renewals of the service. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for the remaining time in their current billing cycle. 6. Dispute Resolution If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at chatsevak@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the transaction and, at our sole discretion, provide a credit or solution if a genuine technical error occurred on our end.
