Communication Content: Data related to citizen complaints or event notifications passed through our platform to Meta’s WhatsApp Business API.

4. Your Role as a Data Controller
ChatSevak acts as a Data Processor. You (the politician/office) are the Data Controller. You are responsible for ensuring that:
You have obtained proper consent from your constituents to send them WhatsApp notifications.
The content of your messages complies with the law and Meta’s usage policies.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS).
Secure database management and restricted access to server infrastructure.
Regular backups to ensure data integrity.
